I also did my first wedding cake on Friday. The cake is a 3-tiered square with 14", 10", and 6" tiers. It is iced in ivory buttercream with a black royal icing design.
This looked so beautiful at the reception! The detail work was just perfect. I have to admit that I was a little afraid when they told me it was going to have black icing...but I should have had more faith in you. :) It was Gorgeous!
